What we collect

When you use the booking form we collect your name, phone number and email address, the address of the property, details of the job, your availability, and, where relevant, the tenant's name and phone number. We also record where you found us and basic campaign information from the link you followed.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the work, take payment, and contact you about your job. Your contact details are saved as soon as you complete the first step of the form so we can follow up if you do not finish your booking. We may also use them to show you relevant advertising on platforms such as Google and Facebook. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We store enquiries in our customer management system and take card payments through our payment provider. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as we need them to provide our service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use for marketing, by calling 0121 816 0544. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
